UPDATE – Arrest – Georgia Woman Sought for Cruelty to an Animal
On May 9, 2023, Syniah Percell, 25, of Marietta, GA, turned herself in to Newark PD. Percell was charged with one count of felony Cruelty to Animals. She appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #2 by video and was released on her own recognizance.
The dog involved in this incident has died from its injuries.
