Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The Newark Police Department provides an interactive community survey to help us to:

• Identify community concerns about safety and security
• Measure agency performance
• Gauge citizens’ perception of employee attitudes and behavior
• Identify citizen recommendations and suggestions for improvement.

The Newark Police Department uses the survey responses to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to the community and to make changes to our policies and procedures when warranted.  The survey may be taken anonymously or you have the option to leave your name and/or email address at the end.
