Hockessin Man Charged With Fifth Offense DUI

  • Fifth Offense Driving Under the Influence of a Drug
  • Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle
  • Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Collision
  • Failure to Report a Collision
  • Driving While Revoked
  • Breach of Release
  • Additional traffic offenses

Hudiburg appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #2 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $8,700 secured bail.  Hudiburg was turned over to the custody of the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington.
