Wanted Subject – Kevin Kistler

The Newark Police Department is attempting to locate Kevin KISTLER, a 35-year-old white male, with a last known address in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. KISTLER is currently wanting by the Newark Police Department for several warrants, including a warrant for stalking. KISTLER is also wanted in Chester County, Pennsylvania and Cecil County, Maryland.

KISTLER is a 35-year-old white male, approximately 6’00” and approximately 200 to 250 pounds. KISTLER was last seen with a clean-shaven head and a full, dark colored beard. KISTLER is heavily tattooed, including tattoos on his arms, hands, and neck.

It currently is unknown what make or model vehicle KISTLER may be operating.
