Traffic Alert – University of Delaware Move-In Weekend
University of Delaware students will move into their dormitories beginning on Friday, August 22, through Sunday, August 24.
Expect extra heavy traffic on the main arteries, including South College Avenue, East Park Place, South Chapel Street, East and West Cleveland Avenues, and New London Road.
Some roads may have detours.
Additional officers will be working to help ease gridlock, but traffic will be extremely heavy. Expect delays and use an alternate route if possible.
