Traffic Alert – Turkey Trot Runs Saturday

The annual Newark Turkey Trot 5K and 10K runs will occur this weekend on Saturday November 23.  The races begin at 9:00 am at Handloff Park on Barksdale Road.  The races will interrupt traffic on Barksdale Road, Valley Road, Church Road and Casho Mill Road.  Expect delays until about 12:00 pm.  Police Officers and Fire Police Officers will be controlling traffic.  Use caution in the area.
