Two Males Sought for Theft Offenses
On July 11, 2024, a shoplifting was reported at the All In One Smoke Shop in the 200-block of East Main Street. The owner reported that three males entered the store in the late evening and distracted the clerk. Two of the males then proceeded to remove more than $2,000 worth of merchandise. Using video surveillance, two of the male subjects were identified as Stephan Lloyd, 28, and Savion Whyte-Douglas, 22. The third male was identified as Dahmir Lewis, 26.
An arrest warrant was obtained charging both Lloyd and Whyte-Douglas each with Theft – Organized Retail Crime and related offenses.
The location of both Lloyd and Whyte-Douglas is unknown.
Lewis was charged with Theft – Organized Retail Crime and related offenses on September 19, 2024. He was already incarcerated in a Delaware prison on unrelated charges. He appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #2 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $4,000 secured bail.
