Update – Attempt to identify from 100 Grove Lane
Detectives from the Newark Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, with help from citizens who saw social media and local news media reports of the incident, have identified and contacted the person of interest in this case. This is still an active investigation; however, we would like to ensure the public that there is no threat to the public from this case. Further information may be released at an appropriate time following the investigation. We would again like to thank the public for their assistance in this investigation.
