*Traffic Alert* – North Chapel Street Closed

North Chapel Street is currently closed between East Main Street and East Cleveland Avenue due to a truck pulling down wires and striking the CSX railroad bridge.  Crews are enroute to remove the truck and assess the damage.  Please avoid the area and expect delays.
