Theft and Unlawful Use of Payment Card Investigation

On December 13, 2019, an employee of a business in the 500-block of Creek View Road, Newark, reported the theft of her wallet.  The victim reported that her wallet and credit cards had been stolen during the morning hours, possibly while she was at the business.

At about 1330 hours that same day, attempts were made to use the stolen credits at the Walmart on Wilton Blvd in New Castle, DE.  The suspect attempting to use the cards is a black female wearing red-rimmed glasses and she has shoulder length black hair.
