Update #1 – Arrest Made – Two Wanted for Shoplifting
On 09/17/19, Michael McGinnis was taken into custody at a residence in Smyrna. He was transported to Newark Police Headquarters where he was charged with Theft-Organized Retail Crime and Conspiracy Third Degree. He appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #2 by video and was released on his own recognizance.
