Newark Police Detectives have identified the suspects in this incident, which occurred on November 10th, as Nathan Harrington, 25, and Brittany Martin, 26. Both are last known to have lived in Northeast, Maryland. Arrest warrants for Robbery First Degree and related offenses have been issued for both suspects.
In addition, arrest warrants have been obtained charging Harrington with a similar robbery at the same location on May 15, 2020.

On November 16, 2020, at about 0004 hours, Newark Police were called to a residence in the 600 block of North Country Club Drive for a report of a vehicle striking the residence. Arriving officers found that the striking vehicle left the scene. There were tire tracks in the grass, but no damage to the house.
Officers were able to locate the striking vehicle parked at a residence a short distance away. Officers contacted the driver, who was identified as Diane Petrongolo, 56, of Newark. Officers observed signs consistent with alcohol impairment and took Petrongolo into custody without incident.
Petrongolo was transported to Newark Police headquarters where she was charged with Fourth Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (a felony) and Leaving the Scene of a Crash. Petrongolo appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #11 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $300 secured bail. Petrongolo was turned over to the custody of the Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution in New Castle.
