Newark Police have arrested the fourth and final suspect in this case.
Last week, a 17 year-old male from New Castle turned himself in to Newark Police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The male was charged with 26 total offenses, including:
The 17 year-old male appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #11 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $92,900 secured bail. The male was turned over to the custody of the New Castle County Detention Center in Wilmington.

On August 30, 2021, Newark Police located Claude Holley, 57, of Wilmington, at a Wilmington business. He was taken into custody without incident.
Holley was transported to Newark Police headquarters where he was charged with:
Holley appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #11 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $8,000 secured bail. Holley was turned over to the custody of the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington.
