UPDATE #3 – Additional Arrest – Investigation of Sunday Morning Robberies and Assault
Newark Police have arrested the fourth and final suspect in this case.
Last week, a 17 year-old male from New Castle turned himself in to Newark Police after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The male was charged with 26 total offenses, including:
- Robbery First Degree
- Robbery Second Degree
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Conspiracy Second Degree (2 counts)
- Reckless Endangering Second Degree (7 counts)
- Conspiracy Third Degree (3 counts)
- Assault Third Degree (7 counts)
- Menacing (4 counts)
The 17 year-old male appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #11 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $92,900 secured bail. The male was turned over to the custody of the New Castle County Detention Center in Wilmington.

UPDATE – Arrest – Wilmington Man Wanted for Robbery
On August 30, 2021, Newark Police located Claude Holley, 57, of Wilmington, at a Wilmington business. He was taken into custody without incident.
Holley was transported to Newark Police headquarters where he was charged with:
- Robbery Second Degree
- Stalking
- Malicious Interference With Emergency Communications
- Breach of Release
Holley appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #11 by video and was ordered to be held in default of $8,000 secured bail. Holley was turned over to the custody of the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington.
