Newark Police are actively searching for Phillip Rossetti, 26, of Newark.
On April 15, 2019, Newark Police were contacted by the family of Phillip Rossetti as they were concerned for his welfare. Rossetti was last seen walking southbound in the 300 block of New London Road at about 1600 hours. Rossetti’s medical condition is such that there is a serious concern for his welfare. Rossetti is believed to be walking and does not have a vehicle.
Rossetti is described as a white male, 26, 5’8″, 150 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, clean shaven and last seen wearing a brown/tan Carhart style jacket and black and gray pants.

On Sunday April 14, 2019, between 0150 – 0159 hours, an unknown suspect entered a residence in the 100 block of East Park Place and removed property from within the residence. The suspect is described as a white male, 6’0″ – 6’1″, 250 – 300 lbs and wearing a black long sleeved shirt, black shorts and a black baseball hat. He entered the residence via unknown means. There was no apparent forced entry.
Once inside the residence, the suspect attempted to enter various bedrooms within the residence before leaving with property found within the residence. No one was injured during the incident and no victim confronted the suspect. The incident was reported to the police about 12 hours after it occurred.
