There is currently a train that is stopped blocking the crossings on North College Avenue and at West Main Street/New London Road. The railroad company has been notified. Expect heavier than normal traffic and please seek alternate routes. Please avoid attempting to cross between the stopped rail cars. There is no estimated time for when the train will be moved.
