Gold Alert – Missing Wilmington Man – William Logan

Newark Police are actively searching for William Logan, 62, of Wilmington.

On January 15, 2021, Newark Police were contacted by a person expressing concern for the welfare of William Logan.  Logan is last believed to have been on Ogletown Road in Newark this morning.  Logan’s condition is such that there is a serious concern for his welfare.

Logan is believed to be operating a blue Ford Ranger pick-up truck with Delaware tag C38133.

Logan is a white male, 5’6″, 200 lbs with white hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information about Logan’s location is asked to call the Newark Police Department at (302) 366-7111 or 9-1-1.

On Saturday, officers joined together with New Heart Ministries and Newark PAL for a community outreach event in the Alder Creek community. Food boxes and ice cream were provided to kids in the neighborhood. Officers played basketball and other games with the kids, while also letting them test out the Police Athletic League’s radio controlled cars and aerial drone toys.⠀
Members of Newark PD participated as both runners and motor escorts in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run benefitting @specialolympicsde.
